Dear Mom,

We got home yesterday O.K. in spite of the rainy weather.  The roads were O.K. yet.  When I got home I received the letter from Grace telling about Pa.  I am anxious to hear more, but with our post situation the way it is I do not know when we’ll get it again or just what we’ll do.  Anyway we’ll have to make some arrangement.  The native Commissioner is refusing all big trucks and buses on this road until April.  Therefore we know that there will be no buses coming.

I know that it must be a trying time for you all but it is at such times that the Lord gives special grace.  She wrote the first night that she sat up with Larry.  She said that the next morning he tried to walk and fell down.  So that is what I know now.  I am remembering all of you in prayer.

I got your letter telling about Larry’s venture.  Yes, it is quite something for a young kid like him to be carrying on like he is.  It is a blessing that he is able.  Anyway, if he does make a mistake off and on – we all do.  So we can’t worry too much about that.  Of course if he made a mistake with so much money, it would be kinda too bad.

We have a chance to send post out with one of our teachers so this is being written in a hurry.  I just want you to know that I’m with you in spirit and I’m anxious to hear more.  I’ll be looking for your box but I’m sorry that you went to all of that work.  But of course, I won’t be sorry to receive it.

May the Lord bless you and help you all.  Be sure and don’t work too hard yourself and call on the others when you need them.

With love and prayers,
Eunice
